Requirements

3-5 years of experience in Venture Development, Strategy & Operations, Operations Excellence, or top-tier consulting, ideally with a strong operational focus.
Experience in building or scaling operational organizations, preferably in logistics, delivery, or construction-related environments (e.g., platform models, field operations, technical services).
Strong analytical and structural thinking skills: You can penetrate complex operational systems and model them into decision-ready formats.
Proven experience in implementing strategic initiatives with operational depth – not just concepts, but real implementation.
Strong technical understanding and high affinity for industrial or installation-related processes.
High ownership level and assertiveness in operational environments.
Very good German and English language skills.

Nice To Haves

Ideally, experience with BI, CRM, workforce, or process automation tools in an operational context.

Responsibilities

Independent analysis, modeling, and optimization of the operational value chain in heat pump construction (e.g., planning, scheduling, installation, acceptance) with a focus on scalability and efficiency improvement.
Development of robust, data-based decision-making foundations for central control issues such as make-or-buy, capacity planning, location and team scaling, and cost and productivity structures.
End-to-end responsibility for strategically relevant process improvements and redesigns – from problem definition and hypothesis development through piloting to operational implementation and sustainable anchoring.
Management and implementation of strategic tech and tooling initiatives (e.g., workforce management systems, construction tracking, quality management, CRM and ticketing workflows) in close cooperation with product and tech teams.
Independent management of cross-functional projects with stakeholders from operations, technology, product, IT, and finance, as well as direct collaboration with the leadership team.
Development and continuous improvement of KPI structures, reporting systems, and operational control mechanisms for transparency and performance enhancement.
