Requirements

  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Four or more years of work experience in Human Resources, preferably within a recruiting capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Visio.
  • Results driven.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential nature of employee information and records.
  • Ability to multi-task.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-service recruiting support and achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, providing guidance to hiring managers, interviewing candidates, making recommendations and administering relocations.
  • Under the direction of the Manager, Talent Acquisition, responsible for managing day-to-day recruitment function.
  • Partner with hiring managers to build overall recruiting strategy and source the best talent to fill open positions.
  • Continuously partner with recruiting teams and managers to design, refine and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Stay active with current job boards, social networks and platforms to find talent.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; arrange travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicants to interviews.
  • Assists with new employee relocation by determining new employees or transferring employees’ requirements.
  • Assist with the administration of temporary staffing services by working with internal clients and the company’s third-party vendor.
  • Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training.
  • Assist with deploying programs to increase talent pipeline for the future and develop relationships with universities and/or associations.
  • Assist in developing and managing a formal internship and/or college graduate program, including orientations, assignments, coaching, and training support.
  • Updates job knowledge through educational opportunities, professional publications, personal networks, and professional organizations.
  • Manage intake meetings with hiring managers independently and determine candidate needs for open positions.
  • Perform day-to-day tasks and analyses under general direction.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews independently and make final candidate recommendations with hiring manager consensus.
  • Other duties as assigned.
