About The Position

Provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and supports hiring and pre-boarding for various high volume and specialized positions across Denver Public Schools. Ensures compliance by collecting the appropriate qualifications for different roles. Duties include, but are not limited to; pre-boarding transactions, candidate follow-up and support for positions across schools and departments.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience working in a high volume/fast paced work environment
  • Must have the ability to attend recruiting events and conferences

  • Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the following areas: Guest Teacher and district summer programs, Non Employee/Contractor hiring, Referral Bonus administration, Candidate management and communications, Support the Talent Acquisition team with compliance audits, Support with system administration in the Oracle Platform
  • Supports with hiring and pre boarding activities such as; new hire paperwork and offer letters
  • Validates qualifications, credentials, and licenses required of school-based hires; verifies that candidates meet minimum requirements; and confirms that all new hire documentation is completed and received then completes the hire
  • Collaborates with Human Resources Partners to monitor and meet client group recruitment objectives
  • This role is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of data accuracy and integrity. The individual will be held accountable for all aspects of data handling; which includes but is not limited to the following: Data Entry and Verification: Accurately input and update data into various systems, conducting thorough reviews to ensure data is free from errors and inconsistencies. Data Validation: Regularly perform checks and audits to verify the accuracy and consistency of data across different platforms and systems. Error Identification and Correction: Proactively identify and correct any discrepancies, ensuring that all data is complete, reliable, and up-to-date. Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure that all data entry follows organizational policies and standards, maintaining a high level of precision in all records.
  • As a team that provides critical operation support for the district, PTO “blackout periods” and “required attendance” are identified for the team. Upcoming July 27th - August 31st.
  • Standard blackout periods and required attendance, including evening and weekend work includes, but is not limited to the following; district wide professional development, special school or celebration events, job fairs, hiring events, peak hiring season
  • Other duties as assigned
