About The Position

Fitch Learning is seeking a Senior Associate, Strategic Operations & Integration to support integration-related initiatives tied to current and future acquisitions and help evolve how the business operates at scale. This role partners with and reports to the Head of M&A Integration & Strategic Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing professional who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, execution, and business transformation. The role offers broad exposure across the organization and the chance to contribute to high-impact initiatives that support growth, operational improvement, and effective decision-making. Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, consulting, M&A integration, project management, or a related field
  • Genuinely interested in financial services and curious about adjacent areas such as fintech, edtech, AI, and digitally enabled learning models
  • Experience building management reporting, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, operational metrics, and business performance data
  • Enjoy problem-solving, improving processes, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident partnering with stakeholders across regions and functions and can communicate effectively in a global environment
  • Hands-on experience using or exploring AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini and stay current on the evolving AI landscape
  • Can move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution with ease

Responsibilities

  • Support integration-related initiatives across people, process, technology, and data
  • Help translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans and support delivery across key workstreams
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and governance across a global business
  • Bring a digitally enabled, process improvement mindset, including an interest in automation and smarter ways of working
  • Own and enhance management reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to support performance tracking and executive decision-making
  • Translate complex business and operational data into clear, concise, and visually compelling insights
  • Partner effectively with stakeholders across functions, teams, and regions in a global, multicultural environment
  • Support the development of executive-ready presentations and materials for leadership discussions
  • Contribute to broader strategic and operational initiatives tied to business growth and transformation
