About The Position

As a member of HarbourVest’s Quantitative Investment Sciences (QIS) team, the Senior Associate, Quantitative Researcher works with experienced researchers to develop and conduct quantitative modeling and analysis of investment opportunities. The role supports HarbourVest investment strategy teams with active investment diligence, pipeline monitoring, portfolio construction, and quantitative insights for client engagements and fundraising. The role is hybrid, with 18 remote workdays per quarter available at the employee’s discretion subject to manager approval. The work includes quantitative and statistical analysis of private markets and investment opportunities, as well as ad hoc analysis for client-facing teams.
