The Crown Is Yours As a Senior Associate Project Manager, Brand Partnerships, you’ll drive the execution of high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that bring brand partnerships to life. You’ll work at the center of creative, marketing, and product teams to turn big ideas into seamless, customer-facing experiences across digital, in-app, and on-site activations. In this role, you’ll own the full project lifecycle—from early concepting through live execution—ensuring every detail is aligned, on time, and built to deliver a best-in-class advertiser experience. You’ll help shape how partnerships scale, evolve, and show up across our platforms.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of experience in creative project management within a marketing or advertising environment.
  • Proven ability to build and manage project artifacts, including timelines, status reports, and resource plans.
  • Experience using project management tools to oversee workflows, resource allocation, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with experience using tools such as Airtable or Jira as a plus.
  • Hands-on experience executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across web, mobile, or experiential platforms.
  • Familiarity with landing page production, content management systems, and collaboration with Engineering or Product teams.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of Brand Partnerships creative, from pre-sale concepts through live sponsorship delivery across multiple channels.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and workflows stay aligned with established processes.
  • Translate partnership strategy into clear, actionable project plans by collaborating closely with Creative, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Drive partner-specific planning to anticipate creative needs, forecast timelines, and proactively resolve resourcing or workflow challenges.
  • Facilitate creative kickoffs and prep sessions while maintaining strong organization and communication across stakeholders.
  • Set and manage expectations around timelines, approvals, feedback cycles, and risk mitigation to keep projects moving forward.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and provide ongoing strategic support to Account Management and Integrated Marketing teams.
