About The Position

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join the Life Insurance Product Solutions team at the Professional (PF3) level. In this role, you will contribute to operational improvements and support initiatives that enhance the inforce Life Insurance client experience. This is a great opportunity for an individual to learn foundational insurance industry knowledge, build strong technical skills, and develop experience with teamwork, innovation, and client service. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
Ability to support initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Strategic/growth mindset
Technical skills to work with data and AI
High level written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable operating in agile environments with a focus on iteration and learning
FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting

Responsibilities

Analyze in-force product block to identify and recommend enhancements that improve the customer, field, and service experience across core insurance offerings.
Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in support of value streams such as Correspondence and Digital Services, as well as cross-functional process programs.
Support initiatives to enhance our current operations supporting life clients, and contribute to the development of new tools that strengthen product support for internal teams and external partners
Leverage AI to improve processes that support these initiatives
