About the Team Athena is the comprehensive source of truth for our Card servicing policies and procedures, managed centrally, and leveraged by AI, agents, and customer-facing content channels. This role is for product lead of the Athena data models, the core of how we structure 20+ content types for creation and distribution. The ideal candidate for the role is someone who: Is excited by / interested in evolving novel technologies like generative AI (given our first use case is providing the content for Customer Assist -- our GenAI conversational assistant). Is a platform evangelist and human-centered builder, ready to help us dynamically meet our author's needs while scaling across 1000s of servicing policies, tasks, and intent. Is an integrated problem solving rockstar -- ready to partner with a brilliant team of analysts, content authors, designers, technologists, risk managers, product managers, and more to deliver a bold vision for building the user manual for AI. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
  • 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
  • 1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
