About the position
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Offline Performance Marketing to join our team at Lume. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the strategy and managing customer acquisition through offline paid marketing channels. You will work closely with the Offline Performance Marketing Manager and collaborate with a team of growth marketers. The ideal candidate should have experience in growth marketing management, be highly analytical, and possess strong communication skills. This is a fast-paced and collaborative environment where you will have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement and contribute to the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Define the strategy, manage, and efficiently scale new and existing customer acquisition driven through offline paid marketing channels
- Own all aspects of day-to-day growth marketing channel management: audience targeting, creative development, media buying and optimization, ROI measurement
- Consistently hit new customer growth, revenue, cost per customer acquired, and ROI targets
- Drive continuous improvement by turning insights into testable hypotheses, running experiments, mining data for optimization opportunities, and negotiating for attractive media rates and deals
- Assist on existing channel tactical execution and scaling efforts
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to create effective ads, scripts, landing pages, and site experiences
- Compile industry research, competitive intel, information about new tools and opportunities, and produce recommendations for how to take advantage of these things
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns at a granular level and using multiple different forms of ROI measurement
- Conduct in-depth data analyses, draw actionable insights, and distill key takeaways
- Design and measure the results of experiments and A/B tests with close attention to detail paid to potential biases, statistical significance, and what we have and haven’t learned from each
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams like: Creative, Web, Analytics, Customer Support and others to deeply understand the customer journey and drive improvements
- Manage and get maximum leverage out of relationships with external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of work experience in an analytically challenging role
- Hands-on growth marketing management at a DTC/ecom company or direct response focused media agency
- Offline marketing experience is a plus
- Expert in Excel
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other data tools is a plus
- Insatiably curious and motivated by learning and mastering new things
- Knowledge of and interest in direct-to-consumer growth marketing
- Hustle mentality and highly self-motivated
