Senior Associate, Material Management - Pricing Analyst
About The Position
This role involves developing Consolidated Material Lists (CMLs) in alignment with proposal Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). The analyst will import and/or develop structures to reflect proposal material requirements, and collaborate with Material Management and proposal teams to create priced CMLs. Key responsibilities include understanding commodities and supplier interactions, submitting RFQs to suppliers for pricing, utilizing MRP pricing records through a pricing tool, and analyzing priced data to ensure integrity and alignment with proposal objectives. The role also requires ensuring compliance with audit requirements, formatting and submitting pricing packages, supporting audits, and attending meetings with programs and contracts to manage proposal issues.
Requirements
- Experience in analyzing quotes
- Experience and understanding of the Bill of Materials
- Proficient in excel
- Understanding general governing documents, FAR, TINA requirements
- Gather, analyze and effectively present and communicate information
- Work independently, prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously and self-motivated
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, there is a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

- Excellent communication and follow-up skills are essential
- Knowledge of systems and functional processes such as procurement, small business, FAR.
- Ability to conduct analytical review large pricing datasets
Responsibilities
- Developing CML’s (Consolidated Material Lists) in accordance with proposal Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)

- Supporting audits
- Attend meetings & conference calls with programs and contracts to manage proposals issues
