About The Position

Developing CML’s (Consolidated Material Lists) in accordance with proposal Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), importing and/or developing structures to reflect proposal material requirements, and working with Material Management and proposal teams to develop priced CML’s. This role requires top-level knowledge of commodities and supplier interactions, submitting RFQ’s (Request For Quote) to suppliers to develop CML pricing, and utilizing MRP (Material Requirements Planning) pricing records through the pricing tool. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing priced data to ensure integrity and cost objectives are in alignment with proposal objectives, ensuring compliance with audit requirements, formatting and submitting pricing packages to proposal teams, and supporting audits. Additionally, the role involves attending meetings & conference calls with programs and contracts to manage proposals issues.

Requirements

Experience in analyzing quotes
Experience and understanding of the Bill of Materials
Proficient in excel
Understanding general governing documents, FAR, TINA requirements
Gather, analyze and effectively present and communicate information
Work independently, prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously and self-motivated
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, there is a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
