As a Senior Associate, Differential Investment Programs, you will be at the forefront of executing development programs for high-potential leaders across the enterprise. You will work closely with program leads, business partners, and HR business partners to deliver world-class learning experiences and development strategies. Your role is to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. You will own the day-to-day lifecycle of impactful programs, ensuring every touchpoint is high-quality, associate-centric, and aligned with Capital One’s mission and values.
