Senior Associate, Investment
About The Position
Orion Worldwide is a global media company that creates value for business partners and brands through customized media solutions. The Senior Associate, Investment supports the Programmatic/D(OOH) Investment team in preparing, maintaining, tracking, and stewarding clients’ media buys. The role works closely with managers, specialists, vendors, and Omnicom Media buying agencies to support trade relationships, investment deals, and the team’s day-to-day operations. Omnicom’s policy generally requires employees to work in the office at least three days per week, subject to local law and any additional direction from the agency or manager.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Expert ability to navigate Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong math and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with MediaOcean (Prisma).
- Energetic self-starter with a strong work ethic, integrity, and positive interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiating capability.
Responsibilities
- Develop a working knowledge of trade media and the programmatic media landscape by working with managers and specialists.
- Track and maintain media partnerships using Excel and internal databases.
- Enter data into required spreadsheets and Prisma.
- Contact vendors to obtain reporting and discuss relevant issues.
- Reconcile billing each month.
- Support the Media Investment Specialist/Manager with miscellaneous projects.
- Recommend more efficient ways to manage and maintain information and help the department grow.
