Serving as a strategic bridge between departmental leaders and specialized HR functions, this position combines data-driven insights, operational excellence, and proactive employee relations support to foster a high-performing and compliant workplace culture. Key focus areas include tracking talent metrics, partnering with Talent Acquisition, resolving employee concerns, and ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
