Senior Associate, DashMart - Fulfillment Services Strategy & Product Operations
About The Position
The Senior Associate on the DashMart Strategy & Operations team will support the operational launches of new processes, technical features, and systems to support the growth of over 1,000 live Warehousing as a Service concepts. This role is instrumental in coordinating initiatives, managing cross-functional workflows, and ensuring smooth and efficient execution. The associate will also partner with product and engineering teams, providing guidance on how new technical components will impact Warehousing as a Service partners and site-level operators. This role reports into the Associate Manager, Product & Systems on the DashMart Warehousing as a Service team within the New Verticals organization.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience working in strategy, engineering, consulting, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong cross-functional skills and experience with projects spanning multiple teams, including external partners.
- Ability to prioritize and balance the needs of multiple different stakeholders ranging from site operators to engineers.
- Experience performing data analysis on a regular basis and ability to quickly interpret data points to understand root causes and potential solutions using tools like SQL, inventory systems, and internal databases.
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, mathematics, or business.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as engineering, product operations, and local operations to operationalize new product enhancements that enable the team to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
- Act as a key consultant for new product builds, providing input to ensure builds align with Warehousing as a Service partner needs.
- Coordinate and track ongoing product initiatives, provide status updates and documentation, ensure deadlines are met, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and address any blockers quickly.
- Be responsible for all logistics and coordination for initiative roll-out to local sites, including communication strategy and pilot result assessments.
- Help collect and organize user feedback, support tickets, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and recommend process enhancements.
