Requirements

  • Outstanding academic performance, with a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
  • Experience in strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking, market research, or a quantitative type of research function.
  • Interest in telecommunications or digital infrastructure (including data centers, wireless infrastructure, broadband infrastructure, satellite communications and related industries).
  • Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Proficient in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in a professional environment.
  • Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
  • Must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
  • The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or graduate degree with at least 18 months of related work experience.
  • A strong understanding of digital infrastructure business models, as well as experience and/or knowledge within the digital infrastructure competitive eco-system and value chain.
  • Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze the client’s most strategic issues.
  • Develop work plans, design and conduct analyses, synthesize conclusions and manage other case team members.
  • Develop growth strategies for organizations.
  • Perform due diligence on acquisition candidates.
  • Assess attractiveness of potential targets.
  • Understand new markets.
  • Turn around underperforming institutions.
  • Reduce operating costs and implement change.
  • Assume immediate management responsibility.
  • Work primarily in Digital Infrastructure, with opportunities to work across sectors and practices within the broader Private Equity Practice Group.
