As a Senior Associate Brand Manager, you will use your strong business acumen and creative instinct to drive growth and generate excitement for some of our most iconic cereal brands. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional and agency partners to develop insightful brand strategies and powerful commercial plans to drive growth on the base business. You will work closely with our brand marketing leaders; partner cross-functionally with sales, innovation, supply chain, finance, media operations and legal; and build strong relationships with advertising agencies, media partners and other marketing vendors. We’re looking for you to bring strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of human insights, and a passion for creativity to build marketing programs that deliver fame, fortune and fandom for our brands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrated strength in marketing competencies.
  • Brand marketing experience with analytics, positioning, brand development, and project leadership. Background in consumer-packaged goods preferred.
  • Circana/Nielsen/ SPINs or similar market database analysis to generate insights to understand consumer behavior and drive business decisions.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – maximize available resources to make decisions and drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Be Strategic and Analytical - Insights and data-driven. Consumer-centric and naturally curious with a sense for solving problems that others may not realize exist and to push beyond status quo. Adept at analyzing multiple data points from distinct sources to formulate actionable insights and strategy.
  • Managing Key Projects –– Learn and execute winning brand strategies with your cross-functional teammates. You will put your project management skills to use as you balance multiple projects with the help of your business partners.
  • Deliver the Results - Drive brand strategies based on strong consumer, customer, and market landscape insights. Manage owned/earned media and packaging to bring our brands to life for consumers and achieve business results. Support in development of vision for growth and rally the organization to deliver the plans.
  • Work with iconic brands within the Kid's Portfolio (Froot Loops, Apple Jacks, Corn Pops, Krave, Honey Smacks & Licensed Cereals)
