Requirements
- Proficient in legal research.
- Proficient in drafting of motions and discovery.
- Independent work ethic.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in drafting and researching legal briefs.
- Discovery proficiency, including both taking and defending depositions.
Nice To Haves
- Trial experience is preferred.
- Construction litigation experience is a plus.
- Experience in or interest in corporate law.
- Experience in contract negotiation and drafting.
