About The Position

Affiliate is an important part of how new clients discover LAKE. The right partners introduce the brand to the right audience, in a way that feels credible, relevant, and distinctly LAKE. LAKE is looking for a Senior Associate, Affiliate Marketing to help grow the channel through thoughtful, brand-right execution across creator, influencer, and performance partnerships. This is a role for someone who can move between relationships and results — building a strong partner pipeline, managing campaigns from outreach through launch, and using performance data to understand what is working and where we should invest next. You’ll work closely with Paid Media, Brand & Creative, Content, Planning, and E-commerce to bring Affiliate into the broader marketing strategy, with increasing exposure to Acquisition as the channel grows.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Affiliate marketing, influencer/creator marketing, partnerships, or a related digital marketing role, preferably within DTC, retail, fashion, or e-commerce
• Hands-on experience with Affiliate and creator platforms such as ShopMy, Impact, LTK, Partnerize, or Skimlinks, with an understanding of creator campaign execution from outreach and gifting through content approvals, tracking, and performance measurement
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple partners, launches, deliverables, budgets, invoices, and trackers
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder, confident working with creators, agents, vendors, and cross-functional partners
• Strong brand judgment and a collaborative, curious mindset, with the ability to balance performance goals with what is right for LAKE and its customer and an interest in growing within Performance Marketing and Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Affiliate program execution across ShopMy, Impact, Tier 1 partnerships, gifting, and other Affiliate initiatives, keeping partner workstreams, timelines, deliverables, and launches moving
• Build and maintain the Affiliate talent pipeline, identifying new partners with strong brand and audience fit and bringing forward thoughtful recommendations for the program
• Monitor Affiliate performance across partners, campaigns, and platforms, surfacing trends, opportunities, and issues and translating them into clear recommendations
• Support seasonal Affiliate planning and launches, ensuring channel priorities are aligned with broader Marketing and commercial priorities
• Partner closely with Paid Media, Brand/Creative, Content, Planning, E-commerce, and other teams to align on product, creative direction, gifting, timing, and partnership needs
• Protect LAKE’s brand within the channel, ensuring partnerships, creators, placements, and content reflect LAKE’s standards and customer experience
