About The Position
The Senior Associate, Accounting is responsible for various Program Accounting functions for a large portfolio of programs within the $3B Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Sector. The role primarily involves accounting for revenue recognition and inventory, and monitoring profit rate changes. The position is based in Greenville, Texas, and follows a 9/80 schedule: employees work 9 out of every 14 days, totaling 80 hours, with every other Friday off.
Requirements
- Applicants must be pursuing a master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field, or have completed a master's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

- Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for leadership.
- Support month-end financial close activities.
- Validate contract setup in the ERP system for appropriate revenue recognition.
- Monitor completion of revenue recognition and profitability assessments.
- Perform inventory valuation assessments.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support as needed.
