Crusoe is seeking a Senior Asset Analyst to own asset data integrity, reporting, and disposition across its AI cloud data center hardware fleet. The role maintains accurate records for GPU servers, networking, storage, and optics across systems of record; builds reporting used by Operations, Finance, and leadership; and takes end-to-end ownership of asset disposition as the program matures. The analyst works alongside the Asset Manager and partners directly with Procurement, Fleet, Site Operations, Accounting, and Security. The role offers autonomy to manage a workstream and automate manual processes. It is fully onsite at Crusoe’s Denver, Colorado office. The position covers asset data reconciliation and standards, dashboard development and recurring or ad hoc reporting, finance and planning support, risk identification, and asset lifecycle operations from receiving through deployment, transfer, and decommissioning. Disposition responsibilities include coordinating decommissioning handoffs and vendors, maintaining chain-of-custody and sanitization evidence, reconciling remarketing proceeds and credits, and managing disposal certificates. The analyst also automates reconciliation and reporting with SQL, scripting, and AI tools; maintains SOPs in Confluence; collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish and improve processes; and supports data validation and cutover when asset systems change.
