About The Position

We are now looking for a Senior ASIC Engineer! NVIDIA is searching for an outstanding ASIC Engineer to build and implement an MMU for the world’s top SoCs and GPUs. Requirements

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of relevant work or research experience.
Experience crafting memory subsystem units with properties such as memory coherency and arbitration policies.
Proficiency in Verilog, build and verification tools (VCS or equivalent simulation tools, debug tools like Verdi, Synopsys).
A solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming with C++ and/or SystemVerilog.
Strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

Development and micro-architecture of a high-performance MMU for a GPU using advanced verification methodologies.
Contribute to architecture decisions.
Mentor other engineers on the team.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and software engineers across sites to accomplish your goals.
