About The Position

TEMP ROLE ASAP-6/12 W2 on Dentsu Payroll Only, Hourly Non-Exemp Must be US based. Must have social experience. Role Purpose: We're currently hiring a TEMP Senior Art Director, Performance Creative. This high conceptual thinker is responsible for generating, co-managing and co-directing the look, tone and feel of all on-strategy creative ideas across multiple mediums.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in the creative advertising industry
Bachelor's in advertising, Marketing or related field
In lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required
Demonstrate strong leadership, presentation, and client relationship skills
Keen attention to detail
Professional, outgoing, friendly, fearless, and resilient
Demonstrated creative success on wide range of client work
Must be US based
Must have social experience

Responsibilities

Provide superior comping skills on multiple projects
Develop Superior creative solutions that successfully live across all forms of media and reflect a firm understanding of the communications objective, client nuances and timing/budget parameters
Be self-motivated, hardworking, well organized, and resilient to ever-changing timelines, requests, and deliverables
Concept and art direct against all deliverables, developing campaigns, comps, story boards and mockups across multiple projects, deliverables and clients simultaneously
