Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in application development with proven technical leadership capabilities
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring frameworks (such as Spring Boot), and microservices architecture design
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, HTML5, and CSS
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies, test-driven development, and full SDLC management
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, or similar services)
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, inspire collaboration, and drive results.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Financial Industry and Capital Markets domain
• Advanced knowledge of XML technologies including XSLT, XPath, XQuery, and XML Schema (XSD)
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and CI/CD pipeline tools
• Python programming experience and familiarity with data modeling concepts

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC), encompassing architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of technology solutions.
• Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Serve as a development team lead, driving the creation of high-quality, scalable, and high-performance code while mentoring team members to achieve excellence.
• Produce detailed technical design documents, conduct walkthroughs, and collaborate on solutions through diagrams, prototypes, and stubbed code.
• Work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align development efforts with business objectives.
• Proactively respond to and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
