About The Position

As a Senior Application Developer, you’ll design, develop, and support identity and access management solutions that enable secure access across enterprise systems. This role combines full‑stack development, authentication technologies, and collaboration with technical and business partners.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field
Substitution: 4 years of professional or high-level technical work experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree. An associate’s degree with two years of relevant work experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree
2 years’ experience with web application development working with technologies such as ASP.NET, NodeJS, MVC, TypeScript, etc.
2 years’ experience with databases, frameworks, and programming languages
DataSQL databases: MySQL, Oracle, or MSSQL Server
Frameworks: JavaScript UI Frameworks: Angular, Vue, or React
Programming languages: Java, Python, Ruby, or C#
2-4 years professional web application development experience working with technologies such as ASP.NET, NodeJS, MVC, TypeScript, etc.
2-4 years of experience with SQL databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or MSSQL Server
2 years of experience with any JavaScript UI Framework such as Angular, Vue, or React.
2-4 years of experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or C#
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate both with non-technical and technical audiences and stakeholder groups.
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills working with non-technical users and stakeholders.
Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously while effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
Understanding of software development best practices and agile development processes
Ability to communicate well, understand business needs and turn requirements into reality.
