Senior Analytics Engineer

Balor Games
•$10,400 - $13,900•Remote

About The Position

Balor Games is engaging a Senior Analytics Engineer as an independent contractor for a six-month project, with an option to extend by mutual written agreement. The contractor will own end-to-end technical delivery of three workstreams: scaling Snowflake data architecture, automating routine finance processes with agent-assisted workflows, and creating a secure, governed Tableau reporting layer. The work involves coordinating with finance and publishing leads on requirements, data access, and deliverable acceptance. The engagement is remote and US-based, with approximately 40 hours of work per week and at least four hours of overlap with US Pacific business hours on working days. The contractor determines the methods, tools, and working schedule, subject to the agreed overlap window and delivery dates. The contractor supplies their own equipment and workspace; Balor Games will provide access to required systems. Compensation is $10,400–$13,900 per month, depending on experience. The contractor is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and benefits. Hours are billed in quarter-hour increments, and hours above the monthly cap require prior written approval. Either party may terminate the engagement on 14 days’ written notice.
