About The Position

The Senior Analytics Consultant coordinates with other analytics, IT and business areas across the organization to ensure work is completed with insights from knowledge SMEs. The Senior Informaticist work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Analytics Consultant is a senior individual contributor who serves as a strategic analytics partner to business leaders. This role transforms complex pharmacy, sales, and operational data into actionable insights that inform decisions, improve performance, and drive business outcomes. Sitting at the intersection of business strategy, analytics, and technology, the Senior Analytics Consultant translates ambiguous business questions into analytical approaches, delivers decision-support solutions, and communicates the story behind the data to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of analytics experience or Master's degree and 3+ years of analytics experience.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a consultative analytics partner, working directly with business stakeholders to define problems, evaluate opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Experience leading projects through the full analytics lifecycle, including business intake, discovery, analysis, solution development, communication of insights, and implementation support.
• Progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, informatics, pharmacy analytics, sales analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, reporting and visualization tools, and analytical methodologies.
• Experience communicating insights and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Advanced degree in Informatics, Analytics, Business Analytics, Healthcare Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience working with pharmacy, payer, provider, sales, or operational data.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and continuous learning with the ability to rapidly learn new business domains and analytical approaches.
• Experience using SQL, Power BI, Databricks, Python, or similar tools to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical initiatives that support strategic business priorities and operational performance.
• Serve as a consultative analytics partner to business leaders, helping define problems, identify opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Independently lead analytics engagements from intake and discovery through analysis, solution development, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of business outcomes.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and key performance drivers.
• Design and develop meaningful metrics, frameworks, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations tailored to executive, operational, and technical audiences.
• Influence strategic decisions by providing insights that impact growth, profitability, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency.
