Requirements

  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment planning within complex organizational environments.
  • Strong proficiency in behavioral interviewing techniques to assess candidate fit against defined business criteria.
  • Experience leveraging data analytics and historical trends to inform sourcing strategies and improve selection accuracy.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive alignment on hiring needs and talent strategies.
  • Skilled in identifying process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to influence hiring decisions and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related area OR 2 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition or related area.
