You will support continuous improvement initiatives, manage talent pipelines, and contribute to agile project efforts, ensuring efficient hiring outcomes. Your expertise will drive informed decision-making and foster strong partnerships to meet organizational goals while upholding ethical standards and Walmart’s values throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The Tech Talent Recruitment team collaborates closely with Walmart Global Tech to attract and hire skilled technology professionals who drive innovation across the enterprise. Supporting key areas such as Corporate Technology, Tech Strategy, Corporate Services, and Global Tech Platform, the team builds high-impact groups that enable business transformation and operational excellence. Through strategic talent acquisition and relationship management, the team connects exceptional candidates with opportunities to contribute to scalable technology solutions, advancing Walmart’s global technology ecosystem and fostering continuous improvement in recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition and recruitment planning aligned with business needs.
  • Strong proficiency in behavioral interviewing and assessment techniques to identify top talent.
  • Experience leveraging data analytics and market insights to develop innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and guide decision-making with clear, effective communication.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and productivity tools to support project management and continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and upholding company values throughout the hiring process.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on process optimization and enhancing candidate and stakeholder experiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related area.
  • 2 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition or related area.
