The team delivers credit opinions that help issuers and investors compare complex instruments, providing market-relevant perspectives on performance trends and issuance conditions across a growing and evolving sector. This role involves guiding and coaching junior analysts, building capability in credit analysis, data discipline, and analytical tooling. It also focuses on strengthening team productivity through reusable analytical assets and automation initiatives, and identifying workflow improvements. The analyst will partner with senior team members and Data and Engineering colleagues to scale AI and automation use cases. Core responsibilities include leading end-to-end credit analysis and surveillance for assigned structured finance credits, synthesizing portfolio performance and market signals into insights for rating committee discussions, and embedding generative AI and large language model tools within analytical workflows. The role also involves engaging with external stakeholders, preparing committee-ready materials, and communicating complex analytical content. Risk management and operating procedures, including methodology, confidentiality, and data governance, must be applied consistently. The role also contributes to the responsible design and testing of automation and AI-enabled workflows.
