About The Position

RingCentral is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Strategy & Business Operations team. The role builds automated customer analytics products and data pipelines using Python and AI tools to inform pricing and packaging decisions. It is based in Belmont, California, and requires working in the office four days a week. The analyst will combine product usage, support, survey, and CRM data to develop customer journey analytics and Voice of Customer products. It replaces manual data pulls and slide-based reporting with automated pipelines and tools, and collaborates with Product, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to define and maintain consistent metrics. Success milestones include learning customer data sources and metric definitions, shipping an automated data refresh, and delivering an initial pricing analysis in the first three months; launching automated dashboards and presenting recommendations in six months; and owning end-to-end customer and pricing analytics, retiring manual reporting, and delivering analysis that shapes executive decisions within 12 months.
