Senior Analyst, Strategic Initiatives
About The Position
The Royal Caribbean Group has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Analyst, Strategic Initiatives reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives. As a key member of the Corporate Development team reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Initiatives, the Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving key strategic projects and initiatives across Royal Caribbean and will support engagement between the Royal Caribbean Group and its portfolio of over 25 Joint Ventures (JVs), overseeing their financial performance and issuing periodic reports to management. The Senior Analyst will be a self-starter and natural leader with excellent quantitative and verbal/communications skills. They will have the maturity and confidence to interface with company executives, and humble self-aware personal style that enables them to lead cross-functional teams to consensus around solutions.
Requirements
- A Bachelors Degree is required / Masters degree desirable.
- Minimum 2-3 years related work experience.
- Strong analytical, finance, and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Driven to get tasks done promptly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity, a strong desire to learn, and passion for creating an excellent work product.

- Discretion and good business judgment are paramount in this role.
Nice To Haves
- Corporate development, restructuring, management consulting, investment banking, transaction advisory, or private equity background preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager and Director of Strategic Initiatives.
- Support the overall Asset Management process with a focus on excellence.
- Conduct in-depth analyses on JVs, review materials for internal approvals (e.g., capital contributions), and manage alignment processes.
- Facilitate JVs' access to company resources and services, including skills, data, tools, best practices, and relationships.
- Oversee and coordinate information requests, audits, and communications between RCG and JVs.
- Manage ongoing operational and financial performance reporting, including internal metrics and tracking.
- Support strategic initiatives through meticulous implementation planning, impactful change management, and comprehensive training programs.
- Drive integration and carve-out projects, along with other high-impact, value-added initiatives.
