About The Position

The position is for a Senior Analyst, Security within the RTX Enterprise People Services Clearance Processing Center. This role involves supporting the organization's mission and ensuring compliance with DoD and organizational personnel security policies and procedures. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing all types and phases of clearance processing tasks, including Pre-Employment, Initials, Upgrades, Reinstatements, Conversions, Reciprocity, and Continuous Vetting. The role requires active communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding the clearance process and understanding the department’s Key Performance Indicators to assist with associated metrics and reports.

Requirements

  • Secret Clearance
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Technical knowledge in solving complex problems.
  • Prior experience with ServiceNow, internal security systems, and NBIS/DISS Initiate and review processes.
  • Prior experience conducting and/or participating in internal reviews and government inspections.
  • Experience with all Microsoft Office programs.

  • Familiarity with the Raytheon Personnel Security Clearance Request process.
  • Prior Facility Security Officer, Assistant Facility Security Officer, or Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Backgroind Investigator experience.
  • Completion of Personnel Security training modules from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Center for Development of Security Excellence.
  • Completion of the FSO Curriculum for possessing facilities from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Center for Development of Security Excellence.
  • Working knowledge of the SEAD 3 and SEAD 4 requirements and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual.
  • Work experience interacting / working with Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency and/or other Cognizant Security Agency personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Process Pre-Employment Eligibility Determination Action (PEEDA) tasks to include requesting and appropriately documenting Verification of USA Citizenship to meet NISPOM requirements and also requesting and uploading fingerprints.
  • Provide PEEDA support at hiring events as requested.
  • Maintain records and databases related to Personnel Security Clearances and access.
  • Perform tasks related all phases of the clearance process under moderate supervision.
