About The Position

As a Senior Analyst, SBS Products, you will play an important role in shaping the future of our Small Business Card portfolio. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable analyzing data, developing product strategy, and leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution. You will own key aspects of our Business Platinum, Business Gold Rewards, and broader SBS product portfolio, identifying opportunities to drive growth, strengthen competitive differentiation, and enhance the Cardmember experience. Working with Marketing, Servicing, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and other business partners, you will influence decisions, build alignment, and help bring new products, capabilities, and customer experiences to market. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, proactive, and confident operating in a dynamic environment. They see opportunities, take initiative without waiting for direction, and can independently lead complex projects while bringing stakeholders along for the journey.
