Senior Analyst, Sanctions Advisory

This role is an opportunity to join Okcoin, one of the world's largest and fastest growing cryptocurrency exchanges, in their Compliance function. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory obligations and enterprise risk, specifically in relation to the Sanctions Compliance Program. They will be involved in drafting and managing policy and procedure initiatives, conducting risk assessments, providing advisory support, and collaborating with other functions to ensure compliance alignment. The role requires strong knowledge and experience in Sanctions Compliance Advisory within the financial services, FinTech, and/or cryptocurrency industries.

• Assist in coordination and oversight of an effective Global Sanctions/OFAC Compliance Program
• Manage maintenance of the general Sanctions Compliance Program including policies, guidelines, risk assessment, issue management recordkeeping, and training
• Provide advisory and support for investigations, regulatory interactions, and internal reporting/presentation to senior management
• Provide advisory on technology solutions and process flows to ensure Sanctions compliance protocol is effective and efficient
• Conduct research using internal and external sources to help resolve ad hoc issues
• Monitor adherence to the Company's Global Sanctions Compliance Program
• Provide subject matter expertise to the business in identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and managing Sanctions compliance risk
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with Legal, Product, Operations, and Technology partners regarding Sanctions regulations and risk
• Ability to work across multiple lines of business leading large-scale complex project management initiatives with high attention to detail and accuracy, while multitasking and meeting deadlines despite competing priorities

• Prior Sanctions Compliance Advisory knowledge and experience in financial services, FinTech, and/or cryptocurrency industries
• Ability to assist in coordination and oversight of an effective Global Sanctions/OFAC Compliance Program
• Experience in managing maintenance of Sanctions Compliance Program including policies, guidelines, risk assessment, issue management recordkeeping, and training
• Ability to provide advisory and support for investigations, regulatory interactions, and internal reporting/presentation to senior management
• Knowledge of technology solutions and process flows to ensure effective and efficient Sanctions compliance protocol
• Ability to conduct research using internal and external sources to resolve ad hoc issues

• Competitive salary range of $104,000 to $156,000
