Product Manager Director - Payment Risk

The job overview for this position is that Okcoin is seeking a Product Manager who will be responsible for discovering new markets and revenue opportunities, as well as innovating new products to address market needs. The Product Manager will act as an internal champion, building consensus and influencing senior management for new product ideas. They will also be responsible for defining, building, and scaling Okcoin's payment systems, while collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate for this role is an entrepreneurial product leader who is not afraid to propose bold ideas and take action to implement them.

• Discover new markets and revenue opportunities
• Innovate new products to address market needs
• Act as an internal champion to build consensus and influence senior management for new product ideas
• Identify, define, implement, and instrument market research, product design, product implementation, and product release processes
• Define, build, and scale Okcoin's payment systems
• Manage product roadmaps, features, user experience, and end-to-end integration with payment providers
• Proactively manage the risk associated with the product
• Track KPIs and drive growth of product features
• Collaborate with multiple key stakeholders across the organization
• Be the owner of payment products
• Develop roadmaps, backlogs, and iterations to hit goals and KPIs
• Outline features and technical integration requirements
• Work with product designers, content writers, data analysts, engineers, and technical project managers to bring the product to life
• Verify squad deliverables and align customer support teams for feature releases/announcements
• Manage product dashboard by tracking all product data metrics
• Drive adoption and usage of products
• Work closely with marketing and risk teams
• Optimize product experience based on customer feedback
• Have 12+ years of product management experience in the tech space
• Be a visionary for trending and future crypto market needs
• Be a product innovator that can achieve business goals with unique product offerings and business models
• Have 3-4 years of experience in designing and building payments fraud risk management systems
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing resources and priorities
