Finance Director, Dublin

This job is for a financial professional with experience in the financial services, payments, fintech, or crypto industries. The role involves managing accounting, tax, internal controls, cost management, accounts payable, management reporting, and regulatory reporting areas for the company's payments entity. The responsibilities also include preparing financial statements, implementing a month closing process, establishing internal controls, and developing automated processes for financial reporting and analytics. Additionally, the role requires staying updated on evolving reporting requirements and tax mandates in Ireland, as well as managing customer operations for fiat on-ramps.

• Take ownership and manage accounting, tax, internal controls, cost management, accounts payable, management reporting, and regulatory reporting areas for OK Group's payments entity
• Prepare financial statements for external audits, regulatory reporting/inquiries, and management reporting
• Implement a month closing process for the local entity and integrate the close with the consolidated group
• Adopt the consolidated group's cost management system and localize it for specific requirements
• Overseeing the accounts payable process and all company operating expenses
• Lead the entity's financial statements audit
• Establish internal controls around financial reporting
• Develop effective and automated processes for financial reporting and analytics
• Assist in navigating the regulatory landscape, including staying on top of evolving reporting requirements and tax mandates in Ireland
• Lead the establishment of the local banking infrastructure
• Manage the day-to-day customer operations for fiat on-ramps

• Previously PCF-11 approved or looking to step up into a PCF role, CPA Qualified
• 8+ years of relevant experience in the financial services, payments, fintech, or crypto industries
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS mandatory; and tax regulations
