About The Position

As a Senior Analyst Revenue Strategy & Channel Management at SIXT, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by analyzing the performance of our U.S. sales channels, identifying optimization opportunities, and supporting strategic pricing initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Revenue Strategy and working closely with cross-functional teams across the U.S. and Germany, you will translate complex data into actionable insights that directly influence pricing and distribution strategies. This position is ideal for a data-driven analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, analytical environment and enjoys transforming data into strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • At least two years of relevant analytical or revenue management experience
  • Proficient in SQL or AWS Athena
  • Strong skills in Excel
  • Experience visualizing data in Tableau or similar BI tools
  • Ability to work with large data sets, uncover insights, and transform findings into actionable business recommendations
  • Clear communication skills to summarize complex analyses and influence stakeholders across departments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation and reliability; ability to work autonomously, take full ownership of projects, and consistently deliver results with a proactive, dependable mindset

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for performance tracking and analysis across all U.S. sales channels, including B2C direct, OTA, broker, and tour operator segments
  • Analyze large data sets using AWS Athena, SQL, Excel, and Tableau to uncover trends, highlight risks, and identify revenue opportunities
  • Build, automate, and maintain dashboards that visualize key KPIs across markets and channels
  • Present data-driven insights and channel optimization proposals to senior leadership, driving decision-making and strategy alignment
  • Design and evaluate pricing and channel tests to improve yield and booking performance
  • Collaborate closely with Global Channel Management, Partner Sales, and Market Yield teams to ensure channel strategies are aligned and optimized
