About The Position

Ensemble is seeking a skilled and dynamic Senior Analyst, Recruitment to shape recruitment marketing strategy, outcomes, and evolution. This role involves collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team and various stakeholders to create compelling employer branding initiatives, optimize candidate engagement, and leverage advanced recruitment technology to enhance overall recruitment efforts and attract top talent. The ideal candidate has a passion for recruitment, marketing, and creating a positive candidate experience. This is a remote role.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 Years Recruitment Marketing Experience
  • Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the support of teams using AI to lean into process and technological improvements, to include the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI.
  • Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and SEO.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
  • Proficient in utilizing recruitment marketing tools, technologies, and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative recruitment marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in recruitment marketing and employer branding.

  • Candidates must be willing and able to travel and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively build and manage talent pipelines aligned to forecasted hiring demand to attract qualified candidates across various channels, including digital platforms, social media (paid and organic), job boards, college sites, and industry-specific networks.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand talent needs, target candidate profiles, and create effective recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to TA and business leaders on talent attraction strategy.
  • Identify and leverage partnerships with external organizations, industry influencers, and universities to expand our talent network and increase brand visibility.
  • Hiring Event Coordination, External advertising, Swag orders/shipping, Staples supplies and Collateral printing such as posters, flyers, business cards, etc.
  • Optimize recruitment marketing investments across channels to maximize qualified applicant flow and hiring velocity by developing and maintaining relationships with recruitment marketing vendors, agencies, and technology providers.
  • Career Site enhancement, support, testing, Job Posting oversight, Posting consistency audits, etc.
  • Recruitment Platform Admin to include Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, Handshake, Calendly, etc.
  • Build and manage the employer brand in partnership with Marketing by creating/leveraging compelling content, such as employee stories, videos, blog posts, and social media campaigns, to enhance brand visibility and attract potential candidates.
  • Optimize the candidate experience by ensuring seamless communication, engaging content, and personalized touchpoints throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, HR, and Internal Communication teams, to align recruitment marketing efforts with overall branding and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and update external recruitment site company profiles to provide candidates with up to date information about opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage the employer's online presence on various platforms, ensuring a positive and consistent brand image, responding to reviews, and partnering in HR/Leaders for resolution as needed.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment marketing efforts, track key performance indicators (KPIs, Site Level Analytics, Source reporting), provide reports, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Transform recruitment marketing data into insights that influence hiring strategy, investment decisions, and workforce outcomes.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting requests and weekly updates on TA staffing/vacancy rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and candidate engagement to identify new opportunities and innovative approaches.
  • Research, demo, and evaluate tools related to sourcing, screening, candidate rediscovery, onboarding, and recruiter productivity. Make recommendations for enhancements or replacements.
  • Lead responsibly embedded AI in recruitment marketing workflows, decision‑making, and candidate engagement.
  • Support TA Audits, projects, and HR Initiatives.
