Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in appropriate discipline, preferably a CMA or CCR role.
- Management Experience
- Strong Communication Skills

Responsibilities
- Runs reports and proactively monitors vendor results (i.e. quality, production, attrition, phone ques) against contract requirements.
- Coordinates and leads weekly calls to vendors to discuss performance against contract requirements.
- Represents vendors interests when discussing system changes and how those changes will impact vendor performance.
- Reviews QuickBase for quality updates. Monitors QuickBase data for trends to determine if additional training is necessary.
- Coordinates and participates in training (i.e. systems, process, procedures) as needed.
- Identifies process or system gaps and recommends opportunities for improvement.
