About The Position

The Project Management Analyst provides project management support to the Defense Health Network Pacific Rim (DHN PR) Support Operations Team. The position supports military healthcare, administrative, clinical support, and information technology initiatives through project planning, performance tracking, risk and issue management, reporting, meeting facilitation, stakeholder coordination, and project documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of project management experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience using Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse Government stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and successfully complete the required background investigation and Government onboarding process.
  • Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain required facility and system access, including a Common Access Card, as applicable, and comply with DHA security, privacy, nondisclosure, and information protection requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
  • Experience supporting federal information technology procurement or project management efforts.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Defense Health Agency, Military Health System, or military healthcare programs.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures, project schedules, milestones, and deliverable trackers using Government approved tools.
  • Assist with planning and executing military healthcare and information technology projects, including voice over internet protocol and virtual medical operations center initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress against established baselines, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, and report deviations to the Government lead.
  • Identify, analyze, and document project risks and issues; maintain and update project risk registers and issue logs.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc project status reports, briefings, dashboards, and related documentation for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including kickoff meetings, status reviews, and technical interchange meetings; prepare agendas, publish minutes, and track action items to completion.
  • Maintain project records in DHN PR approved formats and designated repositories, including Microsoft SharePoint and Teams.
  • Serve as a point of contact for project related inquiries and coordinate communication across clinical, technical, and administrative stakeholder groups.
  • Support special projects and provide project management services that are timely, accurate, and complete.
