Requirements

Proven experience in project management, including planning, implementation, and monitoring of project milestones and budgets.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
Ability to identify project requirements, analyze root causes, and propose practical solutions to improve outcomes.
Excellent communication skills to deliver impactful presentations and foster collaboration across teams.
Demonstrated accountability for project delivery and performance reporting.
Expertise in adapting to changing priorities and organizational demands while maintaining focus on business needs.
Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

Support project execution by understanding business needs and assisting in solution development aligned with priorities and milestones.
Manage small projects or work streams, resolving critical issues, monitoring progress, and escalating complex challenges as needed.
