Requirements

  • Typically requires a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas, as well as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in an environment with competing priorities and multiple assignments.
  • Active and transferable Secret Clearance.
  • U.S. government-issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Completion of SkillBridge Internship.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or related business systems (e.g., PRISM, SAP, AO reporting).
  • Experience with ForProject or similar program management tools.
  • Experience analyzing financial and program data to support business operations.
  • Experience preparing and presenting financial or program-related information to stakeholders.
  • Experience working in cross-functional team environments.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly and monthly program financial reports.
  • Perform ad hoc financial and program analysis.
  • Support tool implementation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support Contractual Earned Value Management System (EVMS) implementation and maintenance, including: Variance analysis, Quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) development, Monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development, EVMS Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables (IPMR/IPMDAR, CFSR, CSDR)
  • Conduct financial data analysis and prepare variance reports.
