Requirements

  • Typically, requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and less than 2 years of applicable experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Understanding of Earned Value (EV) & Estimates at Completion (EAC).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance is required, as this role supports programs with access to controlled information.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Good organizational, prioritization, analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SAP, ForProject, and PMX.
  • Ability to plan tasks, provide results, & recommend solutions to management
  • Working knowledge of MRP.
  • Experience in detailed program data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Drive development of Estimate at Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) deliverables, providing critical financial insight to program leadership.
  • Report Earned Value (EV) & perform detailed EV analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
  • Own cost, schedule, and financial reporting activities, including funding analysis, tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Prepare various ad-hoc analyses to ensure accurate reporting and early warning of issues.
  • Partnering with various functional disciplines (Program management, Engineering, and Supply Chain).
