About The Position

The Advanced Integrated Surface Sensors (AISS) Product Area, within the Advanced Technology (AT) Strategic Business Unit is seeking an onsite program controls analyst (P1). The analyst will support the execution of several key strategic development programs for Raytheon. The analyst will work closely with finance management in supporting contractual Earned Value implementation, EAC Development, and AD Hoc Analysis. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced team environment, work across multiple organizations and levels of leadership, and meet deadlines. This candidate is detail focused, seeks process improvement and efficiency opportunities, and works to ensure the program successfully executes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration
  • Experience with MS office (Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint).
  • Experience with forecasting, variance analysis and/or budgeting.
  • Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly and monthly program reports
  • Perform Adhoc Analysis Tool implementation with process improvement focus
  • Support Contractual Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance, variance analysis, quarterly Estimate-at-Completion.(EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development, EVMS CDRL preparation (IPMR/IPMDAR, CFSR, CSDR)
