About The Position

As a Production Program Cost Control Analyst, you will support the Javelin system, a highly advanced, man-portable, “fire-and-forget” anti-tank guided missile (ATGM) system. This role offers the opportunity to work on a tenured production program supporting multiple DOD & FMS customers globally, within a Joint Venture environment. The position is based in Tucson, AZ, and relocation assistance is provided.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of related finance experience
  • Experience with SAP, APEX, or similar business systems
  • Experience in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, and/or data analysis)
  • Experience analyzing data, preparing reports and/or presentations for senior leadership
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

  • Creative problem-solving skills; individual will need to be comfortable working through complex process and systems changes with demonstrated thorough mathematical and critical thinking skills

  • Work independently under limited supervision.
  • Ability to contribute to the effective completion of major projects or processes
  • Familiarity with Raytheon financial and accounting policies/procedures is a plus

  • Long Range Planning
  • Partnering with Program Managers, CAM’s/IPTLs, Material Program Managers to influence decisions and provide personal involvement in the effective implementation of contracts
  • Working closely with Finance Management, Program Management, and functional organizations
  • Supporting the preparation of performance and staffing reports, variance analysis, and maintenance of EVMS processes while ensuring compliance with EV guidelines
