About The Position

Hatch is seeking a contract Senior Product Analyst to cover a planned leave on its analytics team. The role supports Hatch’s adult product lines and uses data to inform product decisions, identify ways to improve the user experience, and deepen understanding of customers. The analyst will own content measurement, maintain product-performance reporting and day-to-day analytics for adult products, and support subscription and growth analytics in partnership with Product, Engineering, Content, and Design. The analytics team uses AI tools in its everyday workflow, and this role is expected to do so as well. Initially, the analyst will learn the product experience, data warehouse, company strategy, and adult-product success metrics; take over content measurement and related reporting; and address reporting gaps and routine analytics requests. Within the first three months, the role will own recurring analyses of subscription and growth metrics, provide analyses and recommendations on product performance and feature decisions, build measurement plans, and use AI-assisted workflows while validating their output. Over time, the analyst will contribute across the adult-product analysis workflow and experimentation, and document owned work so the team can continue it after the engagement ends. Hatch is a sleep wellness company founded in 2014 and headquartered in Menlo Park, California. Candidates may be based in the U.S. or Canada, but must be available during PST/PDT hours. Hatch describes its work environment as remote-friendly and emphasizes collaboration, flexibility, and improving customers’ sleep and well-being.
