The Senior Analyst role requires an ambitious, motivated, and eager individual looking to work for an industry-leading company. The position will assist the Premium Billing team with development and implementation of various analytical efforts focused on improving operational results across the organization. This role is responsible for key operational and financial functions specific to support the client and its members. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled at extracting insights from data and translating them into specific actions to advance key business objectives. They will need to be highly driven and passionate in providing key insights and own key functions that will enable business decisions that impact financials and member experiences. The position will work with colleagues and leaders across various functions, including the client, Account Management, Payment Operations, IT business partners and several external vendors.

Requirements

2 or more years of professional work experience performing financial analysis, or a related role at a PBM, health insurer, or other healthcare company
2 or more years of experience using Microsoft Excel including advanced functions (lookups, pivot tables, macros)

Nice To Haves

Experience utilizing analytic tools to streamline and simplify data management and output reporting (including but not limited to Tableau, PowerBI, MS Access, SQL etc.)
