About The Position

Membership Portfolio Services, within our US Consumer Services Business, is responsible for developing and scaling several growing businesses that are strategically important to American Express. We are developing unique and differentiated ways to strengthen the Membership Model by connecting Card Members with Merchants that create opportunities to help drive our growth over the mid-to-long term. The Senior Analyst, Amex Offers Oversight & Excellence sits within the Amex Offers Digital Media team reporting to the Sr. Manager, Amex Offers Oversight & Excellence. This individual will be responsible for strengthening operational risk across Amex Offers by executing core operational excellence activities, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and maintaining oversight of key governance, risk and control processes. As part of a growing and evolving business, this role helps establish the foundational controls, processes and discipline needed to enable scalable growth and support ongoing transformation across the organization.
