About The Position

We are seeking an experienced investment professional to identify, evaluate, and oversee investment solutions that align with our investment philosophy and stakeholder objectives. This role contributes to portfolio construction, investment due diligence, and solution oversight to help clients achieve their financial goals while supporting strong business outcomes. Additionally, this role will support the firm's discretionary investment fiduciary responsibilities for its Pooled Employer Plan and related retirement plan solutions. This role will focus on investment selection, ongoing monitoring, watchlist governance, replacement analysis, fiduciary documentation, fee benchmarking, and investment committee support for participant-directed retirement plan investment menus. This position is designed for an investment-centric analyst with strong manager research skills, familiarity with defined contribution plan investment structures, and the ability to produce fiduciary-grade documentation that supports a prudent, repeatable, and well-controlled investment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of investment industry experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting workplace retirement plan investment selection, monitoring, and reporting preferred.
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required in accordance with department policy or obtained within established department timelines.
  • CFA designation required in accordance with department policy or must be obtained within established department timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, recommend, and monitor investment solutions across asset classes and investment vehicles, including ETFs, CITs, mutual funds, and separately managed accounts (SMAs).
  • Conduct investment due diligence and ongoing manager oversight, translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Communicate investment rationale, portfolio implications, and market developments to support informed decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the firm to align investment solutions with client needs and business objectives.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of investment processes, frameworks, and solution offerings through market research and performance analysis.
  • Maintain fiduciary oversight processes, including investment selection, monitoring, watchlist governance, replacement analysis, fee benchmarking, and investment menu evaluation.
  • Support compliance with ERISA fiduciary standards and maintain documentation that supports a prudent, repeatable, and well-controlled investment process.
  • Prepare and support recurring investment committee meetings, including development of scorecards, dashboards, recommendations, meeting materials, and follow-up action items.
